In this article we will analyze the changes that this pandemic has generated in the dynamics of the different Child and Youth mental health devices of the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona (HCB). Methods: Analysis of the changes made in the operation of the Children’s and Youth mental health devices linked to the HCB necessary for their adaptation to the pandemic situation caused by COVID-19. Likewise, the new work dynamics of professionals in Child and Youth mental health, required by the health alarm situation, are reviewed. Results: During the different phases of the health crisis period caused by COVID-19 (mid-March-June 2020), the Child and adolescent Mental Health devices (acute hospital ward, emergency room, day hospital, outpatient clinics) have been progressively adapted to the requirements caused by the pandemic situation. Similarly, specialists in Child and adolescent Psychiatry and Psychology have adapted their roles to face the health emergency according to the requirements of medical and psychological care in each of the phases of the most acute period of the coronavirus pandemic.
