Objective: To describe the clinics and treatment aspects of Juvenile Delinquency. Methods: Terminology, comorbidities, evaluation and treatment of the delinquent behaviour were reviewed in the literature. Results: There is high psychiatry comorbidity, the Disocial Disorder is the most frequency. A complete neuropsychiatric evaluation is necessary, and cognitive and emotional capacities are the principal issues. The effective treatment should act on biopsychosocial vulnerabilities and the necessities of each minor. It will be necessary to analyze causal factors and behaviour evolution of the minor to design the most appropriate intervention in each one. Parenting Therapy, Problem Solving Therapy, Multisystemic Therapy and Functional Family Therapy are four therapeutic models with proved efficacy. Conclusions: Because of high psychiatric comorbidity it will be necessary a detailed evaluation of the minor that commits offences to propose the most appropriated multidisciplinary treatment in each one.
