Tocio lo que ha confirmado como muy acertada la decisión ele la Asociación Mundial ele Psiquiatría de elegir Madrid como sede del Congreso y al Profesor Dr. D. Juan José López-Ibor como Presidente ele! Comité Organizador del Congreso.
