Resumen

La organización funcional requiere colaboraciones muy diversas, entre equipos multiprofesionales de distintos organismos, que actúan sobre variados niveles de gravedad con tratamientos de complejidad muy variable. Es necesario potenciar las medidas informativas sobre salud mental para profesionales, tanto de los centros de salud general como de otras profesiones relacionadas. Tambien parece sugerente la tendencia a extender al ámbito escolar las actuaciones para la salud mental, incluidos los tratamientos; y realizar estudios que investiguen la eficacia a corto y a largo plazo de éstas y otras medidas. El funcionamiento de los servicios puede mejorarse con medidas internas de calidad y rendimiento que no incrementen los gastos.
