Abstract

Williams Syndrome is a genetic disease characterized by differential facial features and body habit, dental abnormalities, growth retardation, mental retardation, vascular stenosis (such as supravalvular aortic stenosis), kidney abnormalities, as well as infantile hypercalcemia.
