Abstract

The fugue is a classic manifestation of many pictures of mental pathology. Those of the epileptic, the schizophrenic, the deficient, or the insane continue to be similar to those described by the traditional clinic. Today they are more feared than appreciable, thanks to more effective treatment, legal protection measures and changes in attitudes; which are less marked by the imperatives of safety and more by the concern in establishing a quality relationship in therapeutics.
