La conducta agresiva es, en el ser humano, un comportamiento complejo de difícil clasificación y estudio. Participan en ella cuestiones evolutivas, madurativas y de neurodesarrollo, genéticas, bioquímicas, euroanatómicas y, por supuesto, ambientales, tanto físicas como psicológicas y de crianza y aprendizaje. Pretendemos en la presente revisión realizar una aproximación y repaso (forzosamente parcial por lo extenso de la literatura existente) al fenómeno de la conducta agresiva humana. Su presencia habitual y cada vez más frecuente en las consultas de Psiquiatría Infanto-Juvenil, ya sea como motivo principal de remisión, ya como conducta acompañante, creemos que hace pertinente e importante este repaso.
