Abstract
In psychotherapy an important problem is dropouts, a problem posed not only in psychotherapy (individual and group) but also in other treatment modalities in Psychiatry (such as paid therapy, adolescent treatment, or pharmacotherapy). Dropouts that can: hurt the morale of young psychiatrists in training, or suppose for some patients the wasting of the full potential benefit of the treatment, or consider a clinical experience suggestive of a possible important improvement.
