In this paper, the prevalence of ICD-10 dissocial disorder is reported in u clinical simple of children referred to a child and adolescent psychiatric service due to conduct disorders and other ICD-10 diagnosis is also assessed. Main results may summarized as follow: l. seventy five of children (N=998) referred to the child and adolescent psychiatric services were diagnosed as conduct disorder by other professionals. According to ICD-10 diagnostic criteria , 21,4% were mainly dissocial! disorder and 10,12% were mixed dissocial! conduct and emotional disorder. The remaining of the diagnostic group corresponded to affective disorders (21.56%) and anxiety disorders (13.72%). 2. Results suggested a high sintomatologic comorbidity between conduct and affective disorders. 3. lt seems that sexual exhibitions, pilfering, alcohol and other drug use,; and difficulties in relationship, were the clinical features that better defined conduct disorder diagnostic.
