We report the case of a 9 years old boy with socialization difficulties, restlessness, inattention, difficulty in tasks organization and sensivity to unstructured environments. These symptoms could be explained by a mental
retardation and/or an attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and/or a pervasive developmental disorder (Asperger syndrome).
