Resumen

En el momento actual, marcado por las subespecializaciones dentro de la psiquiatría, diversas parcelas del devenir evolutivo van adquiriendo auto­nomía propia. Así la psicopatología de la adolescencia, del anciano, preescolar y desde los años 80 está des­pegando como parcela autónoma la psicopatología de la primera infancia, es decir, de cero a tres años que ya tiene sus congresos propios, sus asociaciones interna­cionales y su revista científica.
