"CIE-10: the company of the millennium" by P. Rodríguez Ramos

Abstract

In number 1 of the year 1993 of the Journal of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry appears the article: "CIE-10: the company of the millennium" by P. Rodríguez Ramos and M. Fernández-Álvarez, which deserves some comments from me since I have participated in many of the ICD-10 work meetings and have coordinated the Spanish version of it. In principle, it should be noted that the ICD-10 is the result of the most complex consensus of psychiatrists that has ever existed and of very extensive field studies in very different countries and languages.
