Gilles de la Tourette, Anxiety Disorder, Onset SymptomathologyAbstract
This is a work on two clinical cases of Gilles de la Tourette Syndrome. Both cases have in common the appearance of a previous anxiety disorder to the symptoms that led us to the diagnostic. In the first case, tics were preceeded by, firstly, school rejection and afterwards by an Obsessive Disorder. In the second case, an hipocondriac disorder went before the tics. It is confirmed the presence of Anxiety Disorders preceeding both simple or complex tics when it is reviewed the bibliography on the various ways of onset of the Gilles de la Tourette Syndrome. In such cases, diagnosis can not be made until it appears such symptomathology.
