Abstract

The author studies the sexual disturbances in mental retardation. He analyzes 42 7 outpatients evaluated in the Centro de Habilitacao da APAE -SP (Brasil). He concludes that the percentage of sexual disturbances was little and if reported they were to intellectual impainnent. He emphasizes the sexual question to consider mental handicapped people integrated in the social context.
