Abstract

Mental anorexia has always been considered a typical female disorder. In this work the author treats anorexia from the hypothetical perspective of "body experience". In hoys, in a si1nilar way to girls, the conjlict with their identity can lead them to the rejection qf a strong and masculine body via anorexia.
