Abstract

Bronchial asthma is the commonest chronic illness in childhood and many investigations have been 1nade about its psychological a:,pects. But not eve1y investigations have compared the results obtained with adequate r:nntrol groups, so it is not possible to know {l the d([f'erences between them are caused by tbe astbma itse(J; or because of beirtl!, a cbrunü; illness.
We studied and assessed three groups of children with respect to behavíoral problems (the parents' and teachers' opinion).
Statistical anafysis qf' the results showed statistica!Zv significant differences.
