Resumen

Se presenta un estudio respecto a la comorbilidad entre Depresión y Anorexia Nerviosa, y al tratamiento de la anorexia nerviosa con ISRS, concretamente con la fluvoxamina, ante la hipótesis de la implicación de la serotonina, tanto en los trastornos de la esfera afectiva como en la esfera alimentaria. Se exponen también los datos epidemiológicos de once pacientes, tres varones y ocho mujeres.
