Factores extraclínicos que influyen en la elección de los tratamientos realizados en salud mental Infanto-Juvenil

Objetivo, Material y Método Estudiamos la influencia de factores extraclínicos en el Plan Terapéutico de los pacientes tratados por Salud mental infanta-juvenil. La calidad asistencial se analiza a través de 1.741 casos tratados en 1.996 en lo Centros de. salud mental infantojuvenil de las comarcas de Tarragona, comprobando que el tipo de tratamiento elegido se ve influido decisivamente por parámetros no clínicos: a) parámetros de gestión, como la población de residencia del paciente, la dotación profesional, la distribución territorial de las antenas. H.esultados La población: Con pacientes de medio urbano o en las poblaciones que disponen de Centro de salud mental, la calidad del tratamiento es mejor (más específica y más frecuente). Dotación profesional: El disponer proporcionalmente de más horas de profesional mejora la calidad del tratamiento. La descentralización comarcal, permite que la demanda de tratamiento sea homogénea.
