Resumen

Se estudia la evaluación del niño que ha sido víctima de abuso sexual, desde una doble vertiente, clínica y judicial. Se insiste en la importancia de hacer una evaluación correcta, que permita esclarecer los hechos y proteger al menor. Se dan pautas para realizar dicha evaluación y se describen algunos instrumentos concretos tales como el «Child Sexual Behavior Inventory» o CBSI y las muñecas anatómicas. También se trata el diagnóstico diferencial del abuso con las falsas declaraciones de abuso sexual.
